Weigh in’s: Done from scale at home.
You send in a picture of your feet on your scale on the following dates:
September 14th -initial weigh in
October 12th-Final Weigh in Monday, October 12th
Details: The program will consist of 4 menu plans with step by step instructions. Each week you will be emailed a new menu plan with a full grocery list and 3 new recipes to use based on all the Fall foods. The programs are easy to follow and full of healthy whole foods that taste delicious. The foods in the program can be found at most local grocery stores. The programs are family friendly and come with food swapping charts in case there is something you have an allergy to or dislike. You will have access to a private Facebook group where you can ask questions, get motivation, support each other and learn about nutrition. There are great prizes to win at the end based on percentage of body weight lost, days you did your exercise, days you drank your water, for motivating & encouraging others on the Facebook page, etc.
You will need:
- A digital food scale. I do suggest the Starfrit brand and it can be found at Canadian tire for $20 or less.
- Protein Powder- You can use your favourite one or any you have at home. We are looking for one around 26 grams of protein, 3 grams or less of carbs, low fats and less then 3 grams of sugar per serving. If you cannot do whey you may use collagen powder or vegan protein powder in its place. I do suggest the following brands: Perfect Sport brand (its gluten and lactose free, sweetened with stevia), Allmax, a good dairy free brand is PEScience-Select. These are found at health food stores, Popeyes, Supplement King or on line.
- 7 Day Rapid Cleanse by Renew Life- This supplement is not mandatory, but I recommend taking this along side of your week one cleanse menu plan. This product can be found at most health food stores. I have a few in stock if needed.
