    You will receive new weekly menu plans with detailed step by step instructions. I create three NEW recipes each week and incorporate these recipes into your weekly menu plan to provide you with a variety of meal options. Menu plans are designed around whole foods that can be found at your local grocery store.

    Below a sample of what a female daily baseline looks like. Exact serving sizes and measurements will be provided in your menu plan. The male menu plan includes the same recipes and meals but with different serving sizes.
