I joined Nutrition by Michelle in January 2025, became a Platinum Member, and I’m now on my third challenge. I started at 139 lbs, and I’ve been maintaining at 122 lbs for the past four months.
At first glance, 17 pounds might not seem like a huge transformation—but bear with me. Like many others, my journey has been long and filled with ups and downs. Over the years, I lost about 50 lbs, but it was a rollercoaster of jumping between diets, losing weight, regaining it, and feeling stuck in a frustrating cycle.
The final stretch—those last few pounds—was the hardest. I was seeing a specialist for some health concerns, and she consistently encouraged me to focus on losing that remaining weight, explaining how it could positively impact my overall well-being.
During my first challenge with Michelle, I lost about 6 lbs. Shortly after, I visited her office for an InBody Scan, which gave me clear insight and direction. The plan? Increase my calorie intake, add three days of weight training to complement my regular 5–6 days of HIIT workouts, and aim to drop the final few pounds.
Honestly, I was skeptical that eating more to lose weight? But it worked.
I recently went back for a follow-up InBody Scan, and the results blew me away:
- Body Fat Mass dropped from 34.9 lbs to 25.4 lbs
- Visceral Fat went from 65.9 to 51.6
And all of that with just a 6-pound difference on the scale. It’s proof that progress isn’t always about the number—it’s about body composition, strength, and long-term health.
Thank you to Michelle and her amazing team for your unwavering support. This program truly changed my approach, my mindset, and my results.
